South East Powerlifting confirmed dates for 2019 as they stand at the moment. The South East Classic (held at Astor) has been moved from the 11th and 12th of May to the 30th and 31st of March. The Bridge Road Spring divisional has been added to the calendar for the 28th of April. Unfortunately the original host for the South East Push & Pull is no longer able to host the competition due to circumstances out of their control, this has been removed from the calendar for the time being until a host can be confirmed. A full listing of the South East events can be found on our competitions page.
Congratulations to South East lifters Ben Glasscock and Emily Norley who were both elected as Media Officers for our division at our AGM on Sunday. We welcome Ben and Emily to the team and look forward to the content they will bring to our social media. Good luck!
